As a therapist, I ground my work in Internal Family Systems Theory and Person-Centered Theory.
I specialize in working with people experiencing depression, feelings of hopelessness, anxiety, perfectionism, people pleasing, grief and loss, life changes, trauma, low self worth, self-criticism, communication, identifying needs and boundary issues. I am honored to do this work and have great respect for the courage it takes to engage in self exploration.
