I am a certified EMDR therapist. I integrate with evidence-based modalities such as DBT, IFS, and TF-CBT. I utilize somatic and play-based therapeutic interventions and other creative modes of processing. I am highly skilled in treating trauma, depression, anxiety-related disorders, ADHD, addictions, relational difficulties, and suicide prevention.
