I implement various techniques to help clients learn effective coping skills, manage big emotions and discover alternative behaviors that represent themselves with authenticity. By engaging the whole self, clients can uncover and resolve deeper emotional blocks, access new insights, and move toward more authentic and empowered ways of being.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that each individual possesses an innate capacity for growth, healing, and self-understanding. Drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, I work to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and empathetic space where clients feel deeply heard, seen, and accepted just as they are.
I strive to provide a warm and non-judgmental space for clients to freely express and explore their experiences, and develop a deeper understanding of self and learn strategies to feel better equipped to handle the challenges they face each day. I believe that healing leads to resilience to find inner strength and overcome challenges and live authentically.
