I bring over 14 years' experience in the behavioral health field to SonderMind. I have served as a Counselor, Supervisor, and Director, helping individuals, families, and youth in Ohio, with vast experience in suicide and violence risk assessments and trauma-informed care. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Justice Studies with a minor in Sociology, a Master's Degree in Justice Studies, a Master's Degree in Community Counseling, and a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervision designation in Ohio, as well as an EMDR Certified Therapist (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I am also a Certified Psychological Autopsy Investigator through the American Association of Suicidology.

I focus on working with adults who have anxiety, trauma, PTSD, addiction, and depression, utilizing EMDR therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing.
