I have a client centered counseling approach helping people to heal from the inside by exploring spiritual peace and finding a grounding and centered life. I am specially trained in Brain Spotting therapy which helps people access, process and overcome trauma, negative emotions and pain. I believe together we can unload that heavy backpack of life.
