It is my joy to work with people in trauma, crisis, loss, and adjustment to serious illness. Within these periods of life It can be overwhelming with emotions that are new and difficult to process. I specialize in young adults, adults, new moms and mature adults in these intense and difficult times. The journey through these stages can be full of tremendous amounts of pain, but are also unique opportunities to grow and develop new coping skills and strengths. I specialized in working with clients with anxiety, depression and pain due to loss, change, terminal illness or trauma with a strength based approach.
I feel privileged and passionate about the opportunity to meet with people within life‘s pain and struggle. I love working with clients in the area of anxiety, depression, grief and loss, postpartum depression, terminal illness, life transitions and trauma.
I have a client centered counseling approach helping people to heal from the inside by exploring spiritual peace and finding a grounding and centered life. I am specially trained in Brain Spotting therapy which helps people access, process and overcome trauma, negative emotions and pain. I believe together we can unload that heavy backpack of life.
