Providing therapy has given me the privilege of meeting amazing people and being a part of their healing journey. I enjoy learning with and from every client I get to meet. I am most knowledgeable working with those struggling to heal from domestic violence, social/generalized anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. I am also experienced in providing support for those in addiction recovery. I enjoy working with individuals who are ready to face their fears, build a therapeutic relationship, and improve their quality of life. I believe you deserve the life you are willing to create for yourself. I currently see ages 13 and up.
I utilize ACT modalities, focusing on the idea that all emotions are important and serve a purpose. Through this and CBT techniques, I enjoy helping people gain insight/change into their thoughts, feelings, and actions. I have completed Basic Training for Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which is an evidenced-based trauma therapy based on eye movements.
