Do you feel stressed out about the anxieties of life and you're using alcohol and/or drugs to cope, or you're depressed and feel like you can't find your way? These feelings and behaviors are not as uncommon as you may think. I can work with you to help you identify these negative feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, that have been preventing you from living your best life.
My approach to treatment is client centered. I truly believe in making the treatment fit the client, and not the client fit the treatment. I use various treatment modalities from evidence based theoretical frameworks. I specialize in stress related disorders and addictions. I provide individual, group, family and couples counseling services.
Helping people has been my life’s work. I have been in the helping professions for 20 years in different capacities, and I truly enjoy what I do. I have been told by many of my clients that my non-judgmental attitude makes it easy for them to talk to me. If you're ready to start the healing process please contact me for your free consultation.
