I provide psychotherapy treatment to individuals who want to explore, express, and resolve conflicts and challenges in current situations and relationships. I have the most success with clients who are willing to be honest about themselves and their relationships & who will commit to attending regular sessions to identify & work toward goals. Connecting with my clients, creating a safe and trusting environment, and drawing parallels between past history and current challenges are some of my strengths.
I offer clients a fresh perspective on conflict resolution and communication, through restoring respect for the individual and their ideas and feelings. It is a privilege to participate in this process as clients grow and strengthen their sense of self respect, self-love, and love for others.
I have small, part-time practice with limited daytime hours, only one to two days per week. I am not available for intensive, long-term, or complex treatment cases.
