As a counselor, I am dedicated to guiding you to better mental health and resilience. I have years of experience with anxiety, depression, marital discord, trauma, and unwanted pornography use. I work with teens, adults, and couples. My goal is to help clients learn skills and tools so they can live a meaningful and full life.
