My passion is working with couples, families, and individuals who feel stuck. When working with couples and families, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) because it gets to the heart of the matter - creating a lasting bond and healing attachment injuries. EFT is strongly backed by research and is effective for couples and families, with 75% of couples seeing improvement and resolution in their distress.
When working with individuals, couples, and families, I use EFIT, EFCT, and EFFT. I'm a Certified EFT Therapist and Supervisor and specialize in helping clients develop secure attachment and relate strongly with others.
