I am a licensed clinical social worker, who currently is only taking on clients virtually. Throughout the pandemic I have had amazing successes with virtual therapy and the flexibility that it provides to my clients. To change is to better one self, to allow yourself to be vulnerable takes strength and determination, and to know that all things are possible is empowering. I specialize in marriage and family therapy, mood/anger management, veteran mental health, trauma, self esteem, and overall anxiety/depression disorders.
I will help you find your triggers and appropriate and effective coping skills to aid you in your mental health journey. I am experienced working with ages from 7-90, however have a passion for adolescents, and adults. I utilize both family systems therapy and CBT therapeutic approaches and interventions.
I have an extensive background working within the corrections system and my military experience to aid me in working with this population. I work with individuals, their families, and their supports as a unit, collaborating care that best suits the clients needs and therapeutic goals. Let's begin your journey!
