Hello, I'm Teri! I enjoy integrating my Christian faith and biblical principles with therapeutic interventions. I know for many of us, we have experienced trauma that has left us wounded, and I believe God desires healing and restoration. I help individuals juggling family, work, and relationships while quietly struggling inside. Struggling with past experiences, and sometimes unresolved pain, that is affecting how you feel and function. I want to help you break free from the weight of the past so it doesn’t define your present or your future and I’m here to walk with you as you pursue that.
My approach is warm but also direct. I will be honest with you while offering practical tools and Christ-centered support. I use different therapy approaches to address anxiety, depression, and stress, but I believe true and lasting healing comes from Jesus. I would love to walk along side you in this process.
Through compassionate listening and thoughtful questions, I offer practical feedback that is rooted in faith for you to take out of the session and integrate into your daily life.
