I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas and Utah with 8 years of professional work experience. I help clients who struggle with stress and anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, self-esteem & relationship dynamics. I assist in the process of developing self-compassion, forgiving oneself, addressing guilt and shame and incorporating a healthier sense of self. I love helping others address their concerns and discover new solutions. I am here to help you see what you may or may not see. I am here to be a sounding board, share insights and observations, teach new skills, guide you in problem solving and be an emotional support.
I incorporate the following modalities if/when we see fit: Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Attachment-Based Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Strengths-Based Therapy.
