If you have felt powerless when dealing with your boss or co-workers, if you struggle with communicating what you need and want in your relationships with family and/or partners, you may find psychotherapy a useful tool. If you are interested in improving your relationships, if you would like to gain clarity in your personal goals and want to learn how to establish and maintain interpersonal boundaries, I can help. I work with EAP's, I am a Qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), A Certified Problem Gambler Professional, and I offer Pre-Bariatric Surgery evaluations for candidates of those procedures.
I will provide individual psychotherapy, group therapy, marriage counseling, grief counseling and workplace issues counseling. I will also work with caregivers to help them cope with their specific needs. I have specialized training and have nearly thirty years experience in addiction and twelve step recovery. I am also a certified bereavement counselor.
Because I have thirty years of professional experience in the financial securities industry, I have a unique perspective when offering psychological and consulting services to business and industry. My background in the corporate environment makes it possible for me to provide focused, relevant psychological counseling on stress management and career issues.
