I have advanced training in psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT and interpersonal treatment modalities. My hope is to create a safeplace so you can explore and grow while managing the ups and downs of this journey we call life.
I have years of experience working in community mental health clinics and private practice, working with adults, children and adolescents, GLBT population, couples and families. I have specialized training working with issues of anxiety, depression,mood, interpersonal issues and the more serious mental health issues all of which may impact day to day functioning.
