My name is Tereza Toledo, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Los Angeles, California, also providing services statewide via telehealth. I have years of experience working with children, youth, and families, and currently work with all age groups. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and use these concepts to support individuals experiencing problems such as anxiety, depression, distress, PTSD, and anger challenges. My goal is to help my clients take the steps needed to make changes and start feeling better.
My journey in mental health began when I took my first psychology class as an elective during college. I quickly noticed a spark of curiosity ignite for the many wonders that take place in the human mind.
Through over 13+ years of learning, volunteering, and practicing in a variety of settings, I have learned about the social responsibility to normalize mental health and increase the outlets for help. I enjoy seeing people accomplish their goals and I believe I am here to root you on!
