I work with individuals and families, and have a special interest in working with couples as they work through and navigate relationship challenges, transitional periods and working towards creating stronger bonds. My educational and professional background has afforded me the experience of supporting clients with various concerns such as anxiety, depression, anger, self-esteem, grief & loss, and relationship issues–to name a few.
My approach to providing therapy is collaborative and integrative, meaning I pull from various modalities to provide a customized therapy approach that fits for you. My foundation is strength-based, person-centered and solution-focused, in addition, I provide tools and strategies from John Gottman’s approach with my couple clients.
