About
Have you been feeling detached from your life? Are you ready to feel more connected but unsure how to get there? Perhaps I can be of service. Contact me so that we can start exploring patterns that are no longer serving you. Whether it is learning to sit with uncomfortable emotions, processing grief and loss, or developing tools to handle depression and anxiety, my goal is to support you in your process. I am licensed in both Washington a Oregon and work via Telehealth (virtual counseling). Please know that I currently see clients via secure online portal and do not offer in office sessions.
I am trained as a family systems therapist. I have a compassionate approach and help my clients navigate difficult life transitions, and treat some of the underlying causes that have brought them to a place of distress. That may include: healing from unresolved trauma, processing grief, finding comfort within their body, or addressing symptoms of depression.
I value my work with young adults who are exploring their identity, especially those who dedicated part of their childhood to competitive sports. I am also passionate about my work with older adults who are living with chronic pain, and/or are facing a loss of their loved one.
