As a family systems therapist, I help clients uncover and address the roots of distress while creating space for healing and growth. I specialize in supporting clients through grief, healing unresolved trauma , cultivating comfort within the body, and breaking disordered eating patterns. My approach integrates evidence-based care, including EMDR.

I especially value working with individuals outside of the dominant culture, including immigrants—whether in the midst of relocating or having lived in the U.S. for years—expats, and anyone who feels disconnected from mainstream society. My goal is to support you through the various transitions that come with leaving one’s culture behind.
