I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. As a somatic therapist certified in EMDR I work with the body-mind connection. Along with EMDR and somatic techniques I am trained in Psychodynamic therapy and use an Attachment informed approach. I interweave these modalities as needed to best meet the needs of each individual client.
