Having lived across multiple countries and cultures, I also recognize the important impact larger social and environmental contexts have on individual and relational wellbeing.

Mindfulness for Eco-Distress
8-week mindfulness and compassion-focused skills-building and mutual support group for those experiencing distress related to awareness of the human impact on the environment and climate. Each meeting will consist of experiential mindfulness- and compassion based practices with guided reflection, discussions, didactics, and recommended home practice.
