I enjoy helping people heal from their pain of trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, anger, and life problems. Techniques I often use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR certified) with some Mindfulness mixed in. These are great and very beneficial, and without a doubt will help you.
