Hi, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dually licensed in the states of Pennsylvania and Texas...currently residing in Pennsylvania. I have two grown daughters, and love nature and animals...especially dogs. My experience in the field of Mental Health is varied, and includes work in foster care and adoption, domestic violence, and community mental health. In the past 23 years, I have worked in many settings including; home-based, school-based, county psychiatric hospital, and the last three years as a telehealth therapist.
I am a mother of two grown daughters.I love nature and animals, especially dogs-rescuing them from not so ideal situations and advocating for them.
As your therapist, I am devoted to creating a therapeutically safe and trusting environment that is judgement free where you can explore a multitude of life's challenges. I am especially interested in women's empowerment, helping those abused as children, and those suffering from complex trauma and PTSD. However, more of my specialties are listed below.
I believe my role in our therapeutic relationship is to serve as your supportive guide and confidant, as you lead the way on your journey to a healthier and happier you.
