It helps us feel more confident and intentional, and can decrease the distance between the ups and downs of life. I specialize in past trauma and PTSD recovery, family of origin issues, and childhood sexual abuse.
I help adult women process the wounds of the past and pain of the present using EMDR, IFS, Inner Child, and Talk Therapy. Of utmost importance is to help you understand how past trauma can affect nearly every aspect of your current life. This can range from your patterns of relating with others to how your nervous system responds to current stressors.
I believe my role in our therapeutic relationship is to serve as your supportive guide, educator, and confidant.
