For over 17 years, I have dedicated my career to serving individuals, youth, children, and families in becoming the best version of themselves. I have supported teens and young adults in finding their source of anger, empowered members of the BIPOC community in overcoming barriers, facilitated support groups, and helped clients identify sources of trauma.
As a Latina, I know first-hand the stigma that is associated in obtaining support from a mental health professional.
