I apply a family systems approach focusing on the family dynamics. I have years of experience of working in Maternal Child Health. I also work extensively with families struggling with addictions of all kinds. I offer psycho-education in mindfulness techniques, stress management, and relaxation to help my clients deal with stress, anxiety, and depression.

I am fortunate enough to have a Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor, (CADC) available to work along side me with individuals, couples, and families struggling with issues of addiction. We work together in the best interest of our clients. We use evidenced based treatment to provide least harm options along with developing a holistic treatment plan for recovery.
