Everyone has the capacity to change no matter what their present difficulty, and adversity can offer a new chance for growth. I am an experienced, non-judgmental clinical therapist devoted to helping my clients improve their quality of life.
I help people learn to understand themselves and others better, and how to soothe and do self care when they feel anxious, depressed, frustrated, angry or out of control. My experience and training includes work with grief/loss, trauma, abuse, child and adolescent behavioral issues, relationship growth, and life transitions.
As a trained pastoral counselor, I can assist clients who wish to explore their spirituality/religion within the context of therapy. I welcome and respect clients of all faith/cultural backgrounds and belief systems. I am a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator, and use this with individual clients and groups.
