I am passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges, develop healthier coping skills, and move toward meaningful personal growth. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and grounded in real-world experience working with youth, adults, and individuals facing complex emotional, behavioral, and life-transition issues.
