I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions—but you don’t need to fit a label to belong here. Many of my clients have tried therapy before and left feeling like they only learned surface-level skills without seeing results. I vowed not to be that kind of therapist.
I don’t believe in cookie-cutter therapy. Every client is unique, and your path forward should reflect that. I combine evidence-based tools like CBT and DBT with deeper, integrative approaches including mindfulness, hypnotherapy, and NLP. This way, we’re not just talking about problems—we’re actively creating solutions.
My style is warm, real, and collaborative. I’ll listen deeply and without judgment, but I’ll also be honest when I notice patterns that might be keeping you stuck. Clients often tell me they feel both supported and challenged—which is exactly the balance I aim for.
