I specialize in working with clients who struggle with addictions, anger, anxiety, bipolar, depression, emotional abuse, identity issues, physical abuse, postpartum depression, posttraumatic stress disorder, self-harm, sexual abuse, sexual orientation, substance abuse, suicide prevention and trauma. I have experience working with clients who have mild to severe mental health issues. I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults.
I use a variety of techniques such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution Focused Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) depending on each individual circumstance.
