Over two decades ago, my life changed when my children and i found ourselves staying at a domestic violence shelter. The fear and uncertainty was overwhelming. The journey to where I am today was not easy. I worked hard to heal generational trauma, break unhealthy cycles, and create a different future for my family. I earned my degrees with passion and purpose to help others heal from their own trauma and find hope for a better life. I am grateful for every client, every lesson and every step on this journey.

I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma‑Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF‑CBT), and Solution‑Focused Therapy (SFT), tailoring each approach to your needs and pace.

I understand how overwhelming it can feel to ask for help. Whether you’re coping with trauma, anxiety, or life transitions, I offer a calm, nonjudgmental space where your experience matters.
