I provide counseling and coaching to female teens and adults living with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, relationship problems, self-esteem issues, major life transitions and maladaptive coping.
It’s hard to live life to the fullest when we get stuck in our thinking, feel overwhelmed and become our own worst enemy. I strive to make sure my clients have the information and tools they need to improve their quality of life by employing a variety of interventions and techniques—and sometimes even humor! I am a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider. I also employ hypnotherapy where appropriate.
Mental health and physical health are irrevocably connected—poor mental health can lead to poor physical health and harmful behaviours. Depression has been linked to many chronic illnesses. I take a holistic approach in my practice encompassing aspects of physical, mental, and spiritual health in addition to addressing exercise, community and nutrition.
We are amazing beings with so much potential, but sometimes we get sidelined by roadblocks we inadvertently create for ourselves. As a secular provider, I am ready to get started when you are!
