I specialize in betrayal trauma — helping individuals, couples, and families heal from the hurt of infidelity, hidden sexual behavior, and broken trust. As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) through IITAP and a Certified Clinical Partner Specialist (CCPS) through APSATS, I offer specialized care for both the betrayed and the betraying partner. If you're feeling disconnected, betrayed, or overwhelmed, you're not alone — and you don't have to navigate it alone. I offer a compassionate, structured, and evidence-based path toward healing, repair, and deeper connection.

I am a fully Certified Gottman Therapist and an authorized provider of the Gottman LoveLab. I help couples at all stages- from building a strong foundation to navigating the aftermath of infidelity and betrayal. As a Sex Addiction Therapist & Certified Clinical Partner Specialist, I offer specialized care to support both partners in healing and reconnection.

I am for the couple and provide a safe space for each of you SO THAT your relationship can thrive! If I am only "for" one of you, I would not be good for your relationship. I tailor each session to your situation. For couples, I draw on the Gottman Method, PACT, and EFT. For trauma and betrayal trauma, I use EMDR and Brainspotting. For partner trauma, I work from the Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model (APSATS), the CPTT credential through IITAP, and ERCEM. In session, we focus on what you need — communication, trauma processing, or partner recovery.
