Therapy is not a one-size fits all model. My approach is to meet clients where they are at and have a structured treatment plan that matches their needs. I use culturally attuned and affirming therapeutic approaches that prioritizes inclusivity. I understand how therapy may feel intimidating and I aim to make sure every client feels comfortable.
