Often, the reality of becoming pregnant and having a baby is different from what we imagined it would be. If your experience is not what you expected for your fertility journey, pregnancy, or infancy of your child, you may feel overwhelmed, alone, or lost. I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia and a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor. I have been in private practice over 20 yrs and specialize in infertility, third party reproduction (use of donor sperm, donor eggs, and donor embryo), miscarriage, stillbirth, fetal anomalies, postpartum depression and reproductive health, grief, anxiety and depression.
I provide counseling services to individuals and couples who are undergoing or have undergone fertility treatment, pregnancy loss and with single persons and LGBTQ+ moving forward to become parents and considerations for navigating this process. I provide third party reproductive evaluations for donor sperm, donor egg and donor embryo.
I collaborate with OB/GYN practices, fertility clinics, and fertility agencies locally and around the country. I am a professional member of The National Infertility Association (RESOLVE), The American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the National Association of Perinatal Social Workers.
