As an integrative practitioner, I meet clients where they are at in life. Healing and wellness is part of our life journey, and reaching out to others is often a necessary part of the healing process. Life hands us tough challenges, these are not meant to break us, rather to help us define who we are and better understand what our journey means. Often times we feel like we are broken, or simply don't fit in; these are opportunities to intentionally explore whether we are living our authentic life, or trying to follow someone else's path.
My practice is rooted in the principles of mindfulness, I offer a non-judgmental space for clients to explore life experiences, both painful and joyful, and move toward balance in their lives. I believe in integrative and holistic healing practices and promote collaboration with individuals invested in your wellness.
Engaging in a therapeutic relationship can be intimidating. I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative experience in which you are the expert of your life story, my role as a counselor is to help bring to awareness patterns that can contribute to the experience of suffering. My therapeutic stance is open, non-judgmental, and strength focused.
