Through compassionate and nonjudgmental care, we will explore together the roots of your discontentment. I am an experienced psychotherapist with a solid background in treatment of attachment wounds and trauma resolution. I have devoted my professional life to helping others free themselves of unhealthy patterns and painful relationship dynamics. Licensed in both Delaware and Virginia to provide virtual couples, family, and individual therapy.
I am an expert in attachment and trauma therapy, working with clients ages 0-99. Whether you are a new parent, a parent struggling with an unhappy child or teen, or an individual who never quite had their emotional needs met, I can help.
