Sharing your experiences with others who face the same types of challenges can help you manage the these fluctuating emotions while providing you with support and encouragement as you accept the demands of care-giving. This group is open to anyone (male or female) who is in a caregiver role.
Women's Enrichment Group
The power of women in a group is amazing. This group is for women who want to encourage and support one another as they grow. It provides opportunities to develop and practice skills such as, but not limited to, assertive communication and effectively setting boundaries. In a safe, caring group environment you can explore any fears or obstacles that stand between you and the satisfying life and relationships you desire. Then develop the tools and skills to overcome them.
