This group helps men understand the origins of their behavior patterns and learn new, more peaceful conflict resolution skills. Frequent topics include stress management, self-care, relationship issues, family challenges, road rage, and other anger issues. Men in group connect with peers and learn new skills to achieve their goals. Group is every Wednesday evening from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Friday from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, in Los Angeles. Domestic Violence Women's Support Group
We are currently doing virtual groups on Zoom during the COVID-19 pandemic. This group helps women understand their behavior patterns and learn new empowment skills. Frequent topics include stress management, self-care, relationships, family and parenting issues. Women in group connect with peers and learn new skills to achieve their goals. Group is every Thursday evening from 7:15 PM to 9:15 PM. An Intake is required to join the group. This group is approved by the Los Angeles County Probation Department.
