I want my clients to be comfortable. I believe nothing can be changed until it is accepted, and that therapy is most successful when a client feels safe enough to be as honest as possible about what they are experiencing. When a person experiences significant life stress or trauma, they oftentimes lost touch with their intuition, emotional needs, and how to meet them. I’ve found that this sense of dissonance can lead to a lack of life satisfaction, often manifesting as depression, anxiety, or a sense of stuckness. I aim to help you break free of this.
While using evidenced-based and trauma-informed practice, I integrate holistic and alternative practices in my therapy. Depending on your comfort level, we may work with tarot, guided meditation, or dream psychoanalysis. My goals are to help you get back in touch with your true self, when you might feel out of alignment due to trauma and life circumstances.
In whatever situation we meet, my intention is to divinely witness your human experience and give you the guidance that will best serve you. We are always losing and learning our way back to ourselves. It's a part of healing, part of growing, and part of the human experience.
