Centering Dance
Release, recharge, and recenter by gifting yourself 90 minutes of intuitive, inspired, mindful movement with a welcoming local community! No dance experience is needed; come and be welcomed *as you are.* Each event will begin with brief introductions and setting of intentions for the session. Then, accompanied by a carefully curated playlist of inspiring soundscapes, Teresa will facilitate your mindful journey through breath, sound, body, mind, spirit, and story. Explore your inner depths through active movement, contemplative stillness, and all that emerges in-between. Our time will close with a circle gathering with optional personal sharing.
