Life can get overwhelming sometimes, and we may need someone to listen and help us work through those challenges. I Identify as a Latina female bilingual therapist (English/Spanish). I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults of diverse cultural backgrounds. I believe in providing a safe, secure, and calming space. I incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches, including a strengths-based approach, trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy, exposure therapy (ERP), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), emotional freedom Technique (EFT), solution-focused brief therapy, and cognitive behavioral (CBT).
My areas of expertise include childhood and adult trauma, anxiety, OCD, adjustment challenges, intimate partner violence, depression, life coaching, behavioral concerns, boundary setting, self-esteem, and social difficulties. I have a long history of supporting survivors of intimate partner violence and individuals with lifelong traumas.
