I use strong, evidence based and statistically proven approaches to therapy because I believe you deserve results.
I'm trained in EMDR, Attachment Theory, CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other evidenced based strategies. I have received extensive training in EFT (Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy) as well as the methods of John Gottman. I also specialize in treating individuals who have experienced or are trying to heal from narcissistic abuse.
