I use a Carl Rogers' Person-Centered approach to develop a trusting relationship based on empathy, compassion, and unconditional positive regard. I lovingly challenge and encourage you to look within yourself to find what you seek, using a collaborative approach to build a toolbox for the future.
Regardless of what "adulting" is like for us individually, as a community we all experience the challenges that come with becoming an adult.
