Maybe you feel stuck in cycles you cannot explain—pornography use, infidelity, compulsive sexual behaviors, betrayal trauma, dissociation, or relationships that leave you feeling unsafe, unseen, or disconnected from yourself. I work with individuals and couples struggling with sex addiction, betrayal trauma, complex PTSD, dissociation, attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, and nervous system dysregulation.

My approach is trauma-informed, direct, compassionate, and deeply focused on helping clients understand the “why” beneath their behaviors rather than simply managing symptoms. I integrate traditional psychotherapy with mind-body approaches to help clients reconnect with themselves emotionally, mentally, and physically.

Healing is not about becoming someone else. It is about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that learned to survive pain, abandonment, shame, or trauma. Therapy can become a space where you no longer have to carry everything alone. Reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, especially when shame or fear are involved.
