Hello, my name is Teresa (she/they), and I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor, Art Therapist, and Educator that uses therapeutic mind and body techniques rooted in trauma-informed practice and neuro-bio science to provide those seeking support to achieve emotional regulation and deeper insight on their wellness journey. My ultimate goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space to help make sense of what is happening, why it developed, and how to learn to regulate the body to free yourself to achieve the goals you want.
I am experienced in working with 5-year-olds to adults, with a range of concerns, from anxiety, depression, c-PTSD, ADHD, and Autism. I highly encourage a family model and want parents/guardians to be as involved in services as the youth they want support for. Healing is a journey best supported through a community model.
