Choosing the right therapist can be overwhelming, but finding someone who can hold space for decompression while challenging you to be the best version of yourself can be a game changer.
My goal is to help clients identify patterns and learn from their role in relational interactions so they can better address obstacles that might prevent meaningful and rewarding connection.
As a collaborative therapist, I tailor a variety of approaches to meet individual needs. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strategic Family Therapy, and Gottman Method are a few of my favorites, but my personality tends to add humor in the mix.
Prior to private practice, I worked exclusively in non-profit and have had extensive training and experience within the realm of family violence, sexual assault, and addiction recovery. I genuinely love what I do and care about my client's progress and I believe that shows up in my work.
My practice is completely via Telehealth, so you can attend on your lunch break from work or from the comfort of home in your pajamas. Note: I currently have several morning spots available during the week, but there is a waitlist for some afternoon appointments (4pm).
