You might be great at hiding your struggles from others while internally feeling overwhelmed or burnt out and need a supportive space to feel heard and understood. Being open to experiencing and creating change with a desire for growth is beneficial!

I enjoy providing a relaxed and accepting space for you to show up as you are and explore your inner world. I will often challenge, support, validate, and provide skills to you in our sessions together.
