Many of my clients have a history of trauma. Others struggle with debilitating anxiety or depression. Some are parents feeling desperate to find the right type of help for their child.
My first focus will be making you feel safe and comfortable to begin working on your healing. I am trained in a variety of methods such as EMDR, sandtray therapy, and child-centered play therapy for younger clients. Together, we can work on taking you from "just" surviving to feeling joy and hope again.
