Gulf Wind Counseling was founded with a vision of providing high-quality psychotherapy to children, adolescents and adults regardless of socio-economic background. We develop treatment strategies based on the specific needs of clients using evidence-based therapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Structural Family Therapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy.
