I am the Founder + Senior Clinician of Hopeology Wellness, a trauma-informed, faith-based counseling practice specializing in individuals, couples, and family counseling with a focus on full-bodied healing who have experienced anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I am an LPC and a CPCS in Georgia, which allows me to care for clients and counselors in training. My clients love my heart for authentic community and my straightforward style of communication.

I am trained in EMDR and specialize in complex trauma, traumatic grief, and spiritual trauma. My goal is to help you process the painful, traumatic stories you hold within your body, your mind, your emotions, your relationships, and your spirit.

I often use Attachment Theory and EMDR in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to counseling and then determine the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With Attachment Theory, we will consider how your attachments in childhood affect current relationships. With EMDR we will reprocess painful, traumatic memories and beliefs with new, truthful beliefs.
