I often use Attachment Theory & EMDR. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to counseling & determine the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With Attachment Theory, we explore how your attachments in childhood affect current relationships. With EMDR we reprocess painful, traumatic memories and beliefs with new, truthful beliefs to create healthier relationships.
