I utilize a variety of methods and approaches to serve the individual needs of my clients. Some of the approaches I use include, Cognitive Behavioral, Interpersonal, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I deliver support anchored in a coaching style.
