I am a Licensed Therapist and have been working with children, teens, and families for 20 years. My specialties include working with people who have experienced physical, emotional, sexual abuse/assault and neglect, grief & loss, behavior problems, family conflict, depression, anxiety, and stress management. I work with children as young as preschool age, teenagers, and adults. I offer workshops, individual and family therapy, and will be adding yoga soon.
